All sales of digital products are final.

Due to the nature of digital goods, which are instantly accessible upon purchase and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the order is confirmed and the product is delivered or downloaded.


 

Exceptions / Addressing Issues

 

While we do not offer returns, your satisfaction is important.

  • Damages and Issues (Technical Problems): Please inspect your order immediately after reception and contact us right away at svrge@svrgeproductions.com if the digital product is defective, corrupted, or if you received the wrong file. We will evaluate the issue and work to provide a correct, working version of the product you purchased.

  • European Union "Cooling Off" Period (Important Note): By completing your purchase and initiating the download or access of the digital content, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to waive your right to the 14-day cancellation or "cooling off" period typically afforded to EU consumers under distance selling regulations. This allows for immediate delivery of the product.
