Frequently Asked Questions

Payments & Returns

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of all products — beats, sample packs, and downloads — no refunds are offered under any circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Once a file has been delivered, it cannot be returned or revoked. Questions before buying? Reach out first.

Sample Packs

Are the samples royalty-free?

Yes — all sample packs are royalty-free for any release under 1 million combined streams per song.

Once a release surpasses 1 million streams, clearance is required, and publishing will be split fairly. Reach out before you cross that threshold.

Do I need to credit SVRGE?

— Credit is optional on purchased packs

If you purchased the pack, credit is not required — but always appreciated. You're free to release without crediting SVRGE.

If your release surpasses 1 million streams and clearance is required, credit and publishing attribution will be part of that conversation.

What can i do with purchased samples?

— Full commercial use under 1M streams

Purchased sample packs give you full commercial use rights — including releasing your own music, placing beats you make with the samples, selling those beats, and leasing them to other artists.

The one condition: any individual release using the samples must stay under 1 million combined streams before clearance is required. That limit applies per song, regardless of how the beat is used.

Can I resell or redistribute sample packs?

No. Purchased and free packs may not be resold, redistributed, re-uploaded, shared, or bundled into another product or pack under any circumstances.

The license covers what you build with the samples — not the samples themselves. The files are for your use only.

Beats Leases

What Leases do you offer?

Premium Trackout Lease

$250

High-quality WAV file (untagged)

Non-exclusive · one song release

500,000 combined streams

2,500 units sold.

Live performance rights included

50/50 publishing split

Credit required: "Prod. SVRGE"

What does non-exclusive mean?

Non-exclusive means SVRGE retains ownership of the beat and may license it to other artists. You have the right to release one original song using the beat within your lease terms — but the beat remains in the store and may be used by others.

If you need to be the only artist on a beat, that's an exclusive — handled through the Record Development Program.

What happens when I hit 500,000 streams?

Reach out before you cross the threshold — not after. Exceeding your stream or sales limit without upgrading is a breach of the license agreement.

If the record is moving, get in touch early. We'll work out the right path forward.

Do I need to credit Svrge on a leased beat

Yes — credit is required on all releases using a leased beat. Use one of these formats in your streaming metadata, video descriptions, and any packaging:

"Prod. SVRGE" · "Produced by SVRGE" · "Beat by SVRGE"

Missing credit is a breach of the license agreement.

I need something exclusive or fully custom — Is that available?

Yes. Exclusive rights and custom production built specifically for your project are handled through the Record Development Program. That's a direct engagement — not a store purchase.

Apply, and we'll cover everything on our discovery call.
